Born and raised in Las Vegas, Erin Pierson-Mills — known by many as The Redhead Realtor — has been proudly serving her city for over four decades. As an ICON Agent with eXp Realty, she blends real estate expertise, community leadership, and social media strategy to help clients and colleagues thrive.
A True Las Vegan at Heart
Erin has watched her hometown grow and evolve for the last 44 years, giving her deep insight into the neighborhoods, schools, and communities that make Las Vegas feel like home.
She’s happily married to her high school sweetheart, and together they’ve built a life centered around love, laughter, and family. Their two amazing children and two Dobermans keep life full of joy, adventure, and plenty of early morning walks before the Vegas heat sets in!
Erin is an active member of the RNP Advocate Group, working to preserve the serenity and safety of her community. Her genuine care for people and passion for Las Vegas are the heart behind everything she does.
Before becoming a top-producing Realtor, Erin spent 20 years running her family’s award-winning wedding venue — The Secret Garden (formerly the Las Vegas Racquet Club).
Those years shaped her belief that every client deserves to feel celebrated and cared for. That same spirit now defines her real estate business, where she guides clients through one of life’s biggest milestones with the same warmth and attention she brought to every wedding.
Since 2018, Erin has specialized in custom, non-HOA properties, offering expert guidance on land use, wells, septic systems, and home valuations unique to Las Vegas’ diverse housing market.
Erin doesn’t just sell homes — she helps people find their place in the Las Vegas story.
Community and family go hand in hand for Erin. Her family runs The McKee Ranch Foundation, a cherished horse and ranch rescue where families can visit daily for free, feed the animals, and experience a little slice of old-fashioned country living.
The ranch partners with Panera Bread, redistributing day-old bread and treats to local families in need and to feed the animals — turning everyday kindness into lasting community impact.
